Excursion to Panormitis Monastery The Symi Tours' bus departs every day from near the office in Yialos at 10:30am. The routs is through the centre of the island. There are plenty of photo stops for you to capture the breathtaking views over Yialos, Pedi, the Turkish Coast and the Monastery at Panormitis. This Monastery is one of the most important ecclesiastical monasteries in the whole of Greece. There is a beautiful chapel holding icons of St Michael which is visited by thousands of pilgrims each year. There are two museums, one ecclesiastical and one secular.

Toli Bay Excursion The Symi Tours' bus departs from Yialos twice a week at 10:30am. This takes you to a drop-off point where you will transfer to the Toli Bay's own transport for the last part of the journey down to the beach and taverna. The views over the bay and to St Emelianos are spectacular. The beach has free sun beds and a taverna reputed for good food and friendly service. After an idyllic day you will be returned to Yialos by approximately 5.30pm
